OBJETIVOS DEL PROYECTO Este proyecto de movilidad Leonardo da Vinci titulado “INSTALACIONES ELECTROTÉCNICAS. ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO EN EL MARCO EUROPEO” tiene como Centro promotor es el I.E.S. La Laboral de La Laguna, isla de Tenerife. El proyecto pretende la formación previa y estancia durante tres semanas, en la localidad de Eibiswald, provincia de Styría, Austria, de 8 alumnos del Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior de Instalaciones Electrotécnicas y de un tutor. El organismo de acogida Austriaco es el Instituto de Formación Profesional LBS Eibiswald. En el Instituto LBS Eibiswald, los alumnos, supervisados por sus tutores, desarrollarán sus actividades de trabajo programadas y recibirán clases de preparación lingüística. Así mismo se programan diversas visitas técnicas a empresas e instalaciones relacionadas con la especialidad de las Instalaciones electrotécnicas. La estancia en Austria se realizará desde el 09/04/2007 hasta el 30/04/2007. Objetivos del proyecto en relación a la asociación. Este proyecto va a permitir a la asociación de apoyo, la mejora de la cooperación transnacional en materia de programas educativos en el sector de las Instalaciones Electrotécnicas con países de la Unión Europea. Este Proyecto contribuye a intensificar la colaboración entre los centros formativos, y la pequeña y mediana empresa, permitiendo compartir una experiencia que a ambas partes beneficia. Objetivos del proyecto en relación con los beneficiarios. Los objetivos que se propone el proyecto respecto de los beneficiarios se centran en potenciar las aptitudes y competencias del alumnado. Estos objetivos se pretende sean alcanzados a través del plan de trabajo a desarrollar en el Instituto LBS Eibiswald así como mediante las visitas programadas a diferentes instalaciones y equipamientos de la zona. En estas visitas los alumnos tendrán la oportunidad de conocer sus métodos de trabajo, normativas aplicadas, materiales utilizados, así como los últimos avances en tecnológicos que se aplican en ese país en el campo de las Instalaciones Electrotécnicas. Mediante cursos del idioma inglés y alemán queremos potenciar las competencias lingüísticas. Esto permitirá por un lado el posibilitar un nivel de comunicación suficiente que permita alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto y supondrá un beneficio para el alumno en cuanto facilitará su posterior movilidad laboral, no sólo en Canarias sino a nivel Europeo. Objetivos del proyecto en relación a los centros de envío. Los objetivos que se propone el proyecto respecto a nuestro centro, son principalmente los de potenciar los procesos de innovación en la actividad docente, ya que los tutores acompañantes, podrán a la vez que realizan su tarea, desarrollar su faceta didáctica, reciclar sus conocimientos, transmitirlos al resto de profesores del centro y de la especialidad, así como aplicarlos a las futuras promociones del ciclo. Queremos en definitiva mejorar la calidad educativa que los centros ofrecen a su alumnado, y completar la formación de estos en un sector tan importante como el de las Instalaciones electrotécnicas. Las razones que hacen necesaria la realización de este proyecto. Las empresas del sector de las Instalaciones Electrotécnicas continúan demandando alumnos cualificados de estas especialidades, superándose en muchos casos la demanda de alumnos por parte de las empresas a la capacidad de oferta de los centros educativos. La razón que anima a nuestro centro educativo a promover esta propuesta está en la línea de aportar un elemento de estímulo y motivación para nuestro alumnado lo cual nos permitirá formar profesionales mejor cualificados y poder responder adecuadamente a la demanda del sector de las instalaciones electrotécnicas Canario y Europeo. Otra razón que justifica la necesidad de promover este proyecto está motivada por la circunstancia del alejamiento geográfico de nuestra comunidad Canaria (región ultra periférica) respecto del resto del espacio de la comunidad Europea. Esta circunstancia limita en gran medida las posibilidades de nuestro alumnado en cuanto a la posibilidad de optar a una experiencia educativa Europea que complete la formación adquirida en su centro educativo , a menos que se les de la oportunidad de participar en un proyecto Leonardo da Vinci de movilidad como el que se propone.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT This Leonardo da Vinci mobility project entitled "ELECTROTECHNICAL INSTALLATIONS. COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK" is promoted by the I.E.S. La Laboral, La Laguna, island of Tenerife. The project proposes the prior formation and stay for three weeks in the locality of Eibiswald, province of Styria, Austria, of 8 students of a Superior Training Course of Electrotechnical Installations, and one tutor. The Austrian host organization is the Institute of vocational studies LBS Eibiswald. At the LBS Eibiswald Institute the students, supervised by their tutor, will develop their programmed work activities and will receive classes of linguistic preparation. There are also several technical visits programmed to companies and facilities related to the speciality of Electrotechnical Installations. The stay in Austria will be from 09/04/2007 to 30/04/2007. Objectives of the project in relation to the association: This project will allow us, the supporting association of this project, to improve the transnational cooperation in the matter of educative programs in the sector of Electrotechnical Installations with countries of the European Union. This project contributes by intensifying the collaboration between the centres of vocational studies and small and medium sized companies, allowing to share an experience that benefits both parties. Objectives of the project in relation to the beneficiaries: The objectives set by the project in respect to the beneficiaries are centred in strengthening the aptitudes and competence of the pupils. These objectives are intended to be reached by the work planning to be developed at the LBS Eibiswald Institute, as well as by the programmed visits to different facilities and equipment in the zone. During these visits the students will have the opportunity to learn their working methods, applied norms, materials used as well as the latest technological advances that are applied in the Electrotechnical Installations in that country. By means of courses of the English and German languages we want to strengthen linguistic competences. On the one hand this will allow making a level of sufficient communication possible that will allow reaching the project's objectives and will mean a benefit for the pupil as it will make future labour mobility easier, not only in the Canary Islands but at European level. Objectives of the project in relation to the sender centre: The objectives that the project proposes with respect to our centre are mainly to strengthen the innovation processes in the educational activity, as the accompanying tutors will simultaneously be able to carry out their task, develop their didactic facet, recycle their knowledge, transmit them to the rest of teachers of the speciality in the centre, as well as apply them to future promotion stages. All things considered we want to improve the educational quality that the centres offer to their pupils, and finish off their education in such an important sector as the Electrotechnical Installations are. The reasons that make it necessary to carry out this project: The companies of the Electrotechnical Installations sector continue demanding qualified pupils in these specialities, in many cases the demand for pupils from these companies surpasses the capacity of supplying them from the centres. The reason that encourages our educational centres to promote this proposal is in the line of contributing an element of stimulus and motivation for our pupils, which will allow us to educate better qualified professionals and be able to suitably respond to the Canary Islands and European demand in the Electro-technical Installations sector. Another reason that justifies the necessity to promote this project is motivated by the circumstance of the geographical distance of our Canary Islands community (extra peripheral region) with respect to the rest of the European Community space. This circumstance, to a great extent, limits the possibilities of our pupils as far as having the possibility of choosing a European educational experience that completes the formation received in their educational centres, unless they have the opportunity to participate in a Leonardo da Vinci mobility project like the one that we propose.
